PRODUCT COPILOT DEMONSTRATION
Describe the proposition you want to sell. Watch Taranga’s product copilot clarify the requirements and prepare a catalogue proposal for review. Follow the offering through creation, launch approval and display in the customer shop—with people controlling the decisions.
Demonstration environment with example products and prices. This billing-only example shows catalogue creation, launch review—including an explicit readiness override—and shop display. Network provisioning, external charging and a completed purchase are not demonstrated.
This descriptive walkthrough summarises the visible demonstration and on-screen captions. It is not a verified audio transcript.
00:00–00:35 — The operator opens the product copilot and describes a travel data pack with selectable allowances, validity and a starting price.
00:35–01:10 — The copilot asks for the missing prices. The operator supplies them, and the copilot presents a proposal describing the product specification, selectable data sizes, corresponding prices and offering. The example is configured as billing-only, with nothing to provision.
01:10–01:35 — The operator confirms creation. The interface reports the catalogue resources created and presents a launch request. Creating the catalogue proposal and making the offering available for sale are separate decisions.
01:35–02:15 — A separate operator reviews the launch request and readiness checklist. Two readiness items remain incomplete. The operator approves and explicitly launches past the incomplete items; the recording describes this as a forced launch with operator attribution and a note. This is an override, not evidence that all readiness checks passed.
02:15–02:50 — The travel data pack appears in the shop. Selecting a data allowance displays its corresponding price. The recording stops at the product page; it does not demonstrate a completed purchase, external charging or connectivity activation.

Review the proposed product, configurable options and prices before confirming creation. Follow the separate launch-review process.

WHY MODERNISE YOUR CATALOGUE?
Your catalogue defines more than what you sell. It connects products, bundles, prices and eligibility with the customer journeys and operations that bring each proposition to life. Taranga brings these commercial capabilities together, so you can develop offers, connect them to marketing and customer channels, and modernise progressively alongside existing systems.
Reuse product definitions and configurable options to shape new propositions. Connect prices, promotions and eligibility without starting every initiative from scratch.
Make the relationship between the offer, order and service clear. Agree fulfilment, billing and external charging handoffs so the customer proposition has a defined operational path.
Connect product and offering information with the operational ontology. Let AI assist with supported tasks while people retain control over review and approval.
Start with a product family, offer or selected capability. Establish ownership and integration boundaries, assess results and expand progressively.
DEFINE. PACKAGE. CONNECT.
Bring related commercial capabilities together while keeping their responsibilities clear.
Define products, configurable options and bundles, then shape how they are offered to customers. Reuse product definitions across propositions while keeping commercial choices clear.
Connect offerings with their prices and commercial conditions. Distinguish the standard price from promotional adjustments, so the proposition remains understandable as offers change.
Connect promotional treatment to relevant offerings. Explain the benefit, when it applies and how it reaches the customer, without treating every promotion as a new product.
Define the conditions governing an offer: who qualifies, which options can coexist and what limits apply. Bring commercial flexibility together with consistent business controls.
Give campaigns a defined proposition to promote. Connect audiences and campaign activity with offerings, promotions and purchasing journeys, bringing product management closer to customer growth.

AGREE YOUR SCOPE
Choose how Taranga fits your operating model.
The BSS core and customer channels. Operators can also retain their existing channels.
Product definitions, offers, pricing and supported commercial rules are configured for the selected use case. Validate the intended workflow before adoption.
Charging comes from an external solution, including any selected open-source charging component. It is not developed or delivered by Taranga. Travel eSIM connectivity is supplied by an external provider; delivery depends on the selected integration.
ONTOLOGY & AI CONTEXT
An offering relates to products, customers, eligibility and the transactions behind a purchase. Explore how the operational ontology describes these relationships and connects context with governed AI-assisted work.
WHITE-LABEL CUSTOMER CHANNELS
Connect products, configurable options and offerings to the delivered white-label customer channels. The Product Copilot demonstration shows how an offering and its selectable prices appear in the shop. Operators can also retain existing channels.
